    Within the Highbred Partners Preferred Network Information sharing is critical to our coordination model. When you engage Highbred Partners, you authorize us to share relevant information with specialists in our Preferred Network who are working on your plan.

  • For example: Sharing your estate planning goals with our network attorney drafting your trust, providing your income and tax situation to our network CPA for tax planning coordination. Discussing your insurance coverage with your financial advisor to ensure portfolio integration. Sharing business financial information with business valuators, business attorneys, or employee benefits specialists.
    Important Protections:✓ Need-to-Know Basis Only: We share only information relevant to each specialist's role

  • Contractual Requirements: Every Preferred Network partner signs agreements requiring them to: Maintain confidentiality of your information Use it only for your planning purposes and Comply with this Privacy Policy. They are to implement appropriate security safeguards, Return or destroy information upon request.

  • Your Control: You can specify if certain information should NOT be shared with particular specialists.

  • Our Preferred Network is Still Growing: As we add specialists to our network, they will be required to comply with this Privacy Policy before receiving any client information.
    B. With Insurance Carriers and Underwriters when you apply for insurance coverage, we must share information with: Insurance companies processing your application, Medical underwriters evaluating your health information, Reinsurers (in some cases for large policies)Medical Information Bureau (MIB) as required by industry practice. These entities have their own privacy policies and are regulated by state insurance departments and federal laws (including HIPAA for health information).
    C. With Service Providers; We may share limited information with vendors who help us operate:

  • Technology Providers: CRM systems, email platforms, website hosting, document storage (e.g., Google Workspace, Wix, secure cloud storage)

  • Payment Processors: For processing coordination fees and premium payments Professional Services: Attorneys, accountants, compliance consultants advising our business

    All service providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and use your information only for the services they provide to us.

  • After Required Retention Periods: We securely delete or destroy information no longer needed, unless you request otherwise or we have a legitimate business reason to retain it.
    A. Children's Privacy Highbred Partners does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our services are designed for adults. If we discover we've inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
